We'll take you through definitions, the planning for the "loop" itself, who should be involved, the candidate experience, and the types of questions that are typically effective - and ineffective - with examples of each. Finally we will walk through the assessment of the candidate and how to close out the process. The workbook contains a large sample question set for you to use as you put the training in practice.
The whole course from beginning to end is about an hour but is constructed in sections that each last less than 10 minutes in most cases.
